Insolvency Code
of Ethics
All of our Insolvency Practitioners are licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners' Association (IPA) and are required to comply with the Insolvency Code of Ethics. This code sets out the professional standards and ethical principles that insolvency practitioners must follow when carrying out their duties.
Further information about the Code of Ethics can be found on the Insolvency Practitioners' Association website.
Creditors have the right to request details of any identified threats to compliance with the fundamental principles of the Insolvency Code of Ethics, together with the safeguards that have been applied to address those threats.
Any such request should be submitted to us in writing.
